QVS Tech announces the expansion QCT40 Series SMD TCXO. This 3.2x2.5mm TCXO is now available with a frequency range of 8MHz to 40MHz. This latest industry standard TCXO package is available with either a Clipped Sinewave or HCMOS output. This series is also available with frequency stabilities from +/-5.0ppm to +/-1.0ppm over temperature and is available with an extended operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC.
The miniature 5x3.2mm size and light weight package make it ideal for many applications that include hand-held devices, medical equipment, PDA's and other wireless devices.
